2. Notify
Three channels — Google, Bing, Yandex
Every change goes to every relevant surface. Google for ranking, Bing for instant pickup, Yandex for CIS markets. One detection event, three submissions, all logged.
Google Search Console
Sitemap auto-submitted on every detected change. Per-URL pings via the Google Indexing API where eligible. We never promise instant Google indexing — Google decides — but we guarantee the shortest possible path from publish to crawl.
- Auto-submit sitemap on every change
- Per-URL pings via Indexing API
- GSC submission history visible in logs
Bing IndexNow
Instant URL submission to Bing and IndexNow partners. The fastest available indexing channel — Bing typically picks up IndexNow-submitted URLs within minutes, not days.
- Instant URL submission to Bing + partners
- Bulk submission for batch republishes
- Real-time status confirmation
Yandex IndexNow
Yandex is an IndexNow partner, so a single submission notifies Bing and Yandex together. Indexly tracks Yandex submissions in the same logs as Bing — useful for brands operating in CIS markets.
- Same IndexNow submission covers Yandex
- Yandex-specific status tracked separately
- Naver pings supported via webmaster tools
We never promise instant Google indexing — submitting your sitemap helps Google find your content sooner, but the indexing decision is always Google's. IndexNow gives Bing and Yandex a much shorter path: a single submission propagates to both engines, typically crawled within minutes.
3. Track
Submission logs — every ping, every status, every retry
Indexing isn't done until it's confirmed. Every submission is logged with timestamp, target surface, URL, status and response detail — filterable by date, surface and outcome. Catch silent failures before they stall your indexing.
- Per-URL submission history across every surface
- Status: success / queued / error with response details
- Auto-retry on transient errors
- Alerts on robots.txt blocks, sitemap fetch failures, auth issues

What customers say
Trusted by SEO and AI visibility teams
“Indexly cut our average Bing pickup time from 36 hours to under 3 minutes, and Yandex started crawling within the same window. The submission logs tell us exactly which engine indexed which page and when.”
Pim Broekstra
SEO Manager, Center Parcs
“The submission logs are the killer feature. We caught a robots.txt change on staging that would have blocked Bingbot in production — Indexly flagged it before deploy, not after.”

Connect your sitemap in 5 minutes. Continuous monitoring + Google + Bing + Yandex submission automated from day one.
What is Indexly's Indexing platform?
An automated indexing layer that monitors your sitemap continuously and submits every new or updated URL to Google Search Console, Bing IndexNow and Yandex IndexNow the moment a change is detected. The goal is to get your content into each engine's ranking candidate set in hours, not days.
Does Indexly guarantee instant Google indexing?
No. We never promise instant Google indexing — the decision is always Google's. What we guarantee is the fastest possible discovery: sitemap submitted to GSC the moment a change is detected, per-URL pings via the Indexing API where eligible. This dramatically shortens publish-to-crawl time, but Google decides whether and when to index.
How does IndexNow work?
IndexNow is an open protocol run by Bing, Yandex and partners that accepts direct URL submissions. When Indexly detects a new or updated URL, it submits to IndexNow within seconds — one submission propagates to both Bing and Yandex. Both engines typically pick up IndexNow-submitted URLs within minutes — dramatically faster than passive crawl.
Does Indexly cover Yandex and other regional engines?
Yes. Yandex is an IndexNow partner, so a single IndexNow submission notifies Bing and Yandex together. Naver (Korea) is supported via its webmaster tools when the account is connected.
What does continuous sitemap monitoring mean?
Indexly checks your sitemap hourly for new and updated URLs, plus a full daily sync to catch removals and metadata-only changes. Every detected change triggers automated notification to the right surfaces — GSC, the Google Indexing API where eligible, Bing IndexNow and Yandex IndexNow — without manual intervention.
Will I be able to see what got submitted?
Yes. Every submission is logged with timestamp, target surface, URL, status and response details. Filterable by date, surface and outcome — useful when debugging slow indexing or proving a deployment to a stakeholder.
Does Indexly support multiple sites?
Yes. Add as many domains as your plan allows. Each site has its own sitemap monitoring, IndexNow key and submission logs.
How is this different from submitting a sitemap manually?
Manual submission is a one-time action you have to remember to repeat after every deploy. Indexly automates the whole loop — detection, submission to every relevant surface (GSC, Indexing API, Bing IndexNow, Yandex IndexNow), status tracking, error retries — without you ever logging into a search console again.
