How Kolsetu built an SEO & AI Search engine from zero
Kolsetu came to us with 4 blogs and zero traffic — and one question: how do we start building traffic and leads from SEO and AI engines? We ran all four pillars to build that engine from scratch.

The Challenge
A great product, a blank slate, and no idea where to start.
Kolsetu had built a compelling Voice AI Agents platform — but its entire web presence was 4 blogs and zero organic traffic. There was no SEO foundation, no presence in AI engine answers, and no strategy connecting content to traffic or leads.
The question wasn't “how do we grow” — it was “how do we start building traffic and leads from SEO and AI engines at all?” Starting from zero is a different problem than recovering stagnant traffic: there's nothing to optimize yet, so the foundation has to be built before anything can compound.
“We had four blog posts and basically no traffic. We needed a way to actually start showing up — on Google and inside the AI tools our buyers use — without guessing.”
The Goal
Stand up a compounding traffic & lead engine across SEO and AI engines — from scratch.
Make the site legible to Google and AI crawlers, find the prompts and keywords worth winning in the Voice AI category, ship content built to rank and be cited, and measure everything from day one — so the first clicks, citations and leads are intentional, not accidental.
How Indexly helped
The full four-pillar playbook — audit, track, ship, measure.
Pillar 1
AI Readiness Audit
We started by making Kolsetu legible to AI engines and crawlers from day one — not as an afterthought. With only 4 blogs live, the site had no structure for retrieval or ranking to build on.
- Restructured pages for AI extraction — entity density and answer-format blocks
- Added llms.txt and llms-full.txt with explicit allow rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended
- Shipped FAQPage, Product and Organization schema across core pages
Pillar 2
AI Visibility Tracking
Before shipping a single new article, we mapped where the demand was. Indexly tracked 25+ industry prompts spanning the full buyer journey for Voice AI agents — discovery, comparison and solution-aware queries.
- 25+ tracked prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok and AI Overviews
- Citation gap analysis — which competitor URLs AI cited when Kolsetu was absent
- A prioritized list of the prompts worth winning first
Pillar 3
Content Authority
With the gaps identified, Indexly's Content Agents turned 4 stray blogs into a deliberate content engine — GEO-optimized new articles for the highest-intent prompts, plus AEO structuring so the pages are built to be cited, not just indexed.
- GEO-optimized articles drafted, structured and shipped against tracked prompts
- AEO patterns — Q&A blocks, definitions, entity coverage — baked into every page
- A repeatable publishing cadence replacing ad-hoc, occasional posts
Pillar 4
Monitor Traffic
Starting from zero means every gain is a signal. Indexly unified Google Search performance and AI engine referral into one view, so Kolsetu can see exactly which content moves rankings, citations and — ultimately — leads.
- Google Search Console clicks tracked alongside AI engine referral sessions
- Per-page attribution: which article earned which ranking or citation
- A baseline in place so traffic and lead growth is measurable from day one
Results delivered
From a blank slate to a working SEO + AI Search engine.
With all four pillars live, Kolsetu now has the foundation in place for traffic and leads to compound — instead of four stray blogs and nothing to build on.
A site built to be found
Kolsetu went from 4 unstructured blogs to an AI-ready foundation — llms.txt, schema markup and answer-format pages that Google and AI engines can actually parse and cite.
Visibility you can measure
25+ high-intent prompts are now tracked daily across six AI engines, with citation-gap analysis showing exactly where Kolsetu needs to show up next in its category.
A content engine, not a blog
Occasional posting became a deliberate, GEO/AEO-optimized publishing cadence — every new article targets a tracked prompt and is structured to earn citations and rankings.
One dashboard for SEO + AI
Google rankings and AI engine referral now sit in a single view, so the first organic clicks and AI citations — and the leads that follow — are tracked from the very first week.
Early traction (updating)
Kolsetu's engine went live recently — the first organic clicks and AI citations are landing now. We'll publish the traffic and lead numbers here as the quarter's data comes in.
Starting from zero? Build the engine right the first time
