Page with redirect is NOT an error?

In most cases, having redirected pages is normal and poses no danger to the visibility of your website.

  • You set up 301 redirects for these pages in the URL Redirect Manager.
  • The redirect is from the HTTP version of your site's URL to the HTTPS version.
  • The redirect is from the https://mydomain.com version of your site's URL to the https://www.mydomain.com version.

If you have outdated, irrelevant, or low-quality content on a URL, it's like getting rid of old stuff altogether. If you want to redirect it to another URL that has relevant content that serves a similar purpose. In that case, you can redirect.
